HAT HIRE CONTACT FORM, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you are interested in hiring a hat then please fill out the form below with all your details plus the hat you would like to hire. Below the contact form are my terms and conditions. It is very important you read the details fully as it sets out various scenarios. Each hat has a hire fee plus a deposit fee which is refundable as long as the hat is returned in the same condition.
HAT HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The hire charge payment can be made either by bank transfer, PayPal or by cash in person.​

Your chosen hat can either be collected from my workroom or can be sent by next day delivery in a suitable hat box and outer box. Please note that the postage fees are an added cost to the customer and these will need to be paid before the hat is shipped.

A hat is considered a hire even if it is not worn and there will be no hire charge refund.

If a hat is lost, damaged or stolen the amount payable is the hire fee plus the deposit fee. Damage includes dents, water damage, make up stains and if the hat is misshapen.

Great care should be taken with the hat and an umbrella used if it is raining. Hats will be damaged if exposed to water.

The hat must be sent back in its original state and its original packaging, including all packaging materials. An additional £15.00 will be added to the overall costs if the hat box is not returned.

Once the hat has been returned and has been checked, the deposit will be returned to via the same payment method.

Hygiene tape or petersham ribbon must not to be removed.
